Rhythm

Rhythm in movements of hands, legs and body parts makes dancing. It gives pleasure.

The waves in sounds, in rhythm, make music. It may be appreciable.

The movement of the earth in a rhythm makes day and night. It affects creatures.

The movement of self may affect other’s living also.

When we revolve around something, results may be of a kind affecting self and others, directly or indirectly.

Rhythmic coordination between the Sun and the Moon does miracles for nature.

Rhythm is necessary. Rhythm brings perfection. Nothing is possible without rhythm. Nothing in nature is beautiful without rhythm. Rhythm is a necessary element as a constituent. Flower turns into fruit in rhythm.

Rhythm should continue. A slight change or disturbance in rhythm brings pleasure but creates havoc.

Nature’s rhythm took millions of years to achieve its present – day status. If we explore activities in nature, it becomes evident that several cycles in rhythm remain active continuously to ensure the continuity of livings.

We in our social structures make rhythmic schemes to perform successfully or to make any occasion memorable. We opt for continuous rehearsal or meetings for rhythm. We have the liberty to have another plan ready as a substitute for better results in case any disturbance arises. The same option for a substitute plan having rhythm is not ready with nature as it functions by maintaining balance. One disturbance affects not many but all.

Everything in rhythm looks great. Otherwise, it becomes distracting. But, I think only one thing without rhythm appears to be pleasure – giving is the first gaiting of a child. That gaiting always gives pleasure in any condition and the requirement of rhythm becomes meaningless.

Life becomes pleasant if rhythm in speech, action and behaviour is maintained. Rhythm in giving and taking in life brings sources of enjoyments every time.

In worshipping places, chanting the almighty is done in rhythmic words and sounds, generating vibrations that positively affect a brain to bring peace of mind.

Rhythm is the need of life. Life begins with rhythm. The content of life is rhythm. The almighty is rhythm. We may get the God but only in rhythm, through rhythm and by rhythm. Life is life, in rhythm only.

  1. Rhythm is soothing and natural, but have you ever noticed that a sudden interruption in rhythm, syncopation, can be wonderful too. The funky vibe in β€˜Thriller’ for instance. I like to think that is part of the joy of listening to a babbling brook, the rhythms become hard to predict.
