Disturbance

I am afraid, I am evaluating myself.
I am disturbed, I am consoling myself.
I am obliged, I am bending myself.
I became human by killing an animal in me.
I am becoming an animal again by killing humanity.
I am changing my face into many faces.

I am hurting,
I am healing.
I am gaining,
I am decorating my inner home.

I am one,
I am for someone.
I am yours,
I am submerging my hidden thoughts.

I am flaring,
I am engulfing.
I am helping,
I am checking.
I am deteriorating,
I am succumbing.
I am denigrating,
I am relinquishing,
I am enjoying it.

I have drawn a line,
I have made a barrier,
I have sent a list.

My almighty –
I intend to understand your creations. I want to leave all my bad habits for my sake to enjoy your world, made with expectations. These are my disturbances. I am the dweller with unclear thoughts and an unknown future. I want to be to meet your intentions and live a life of your aspirations. I want to forget myself and my whimsical reasons to change interests for you. I want to follow your rules. I want to be lost in your search. Please remind your mind to this heinous world.

Fruits of actions

The known results oriented actions attract the most. It is inherent in our nature. We do not  hesitate to react to routine calls as results are known. It is by nature that we think on actions and their results. It is beyond imagination that any action does not bear fruits. We apply our brains where we have to deal with unknown world or relations. A student knows that the result will be as per study but the future is not known. But we know about most of the actions and their results happening in nature. It is known that a seed germinates and becomes tree and bears flowers and fruits on time. The periods of various seasons in different parts of world, barring some exceptional situations, are defined. We know that all actions in nature are not fruitful to civilisations and some of them are harmful. Accordingly we remain ready for results with cautions, except in a few exceptions.

Human Life is not like that. Our lives start from unknown and end into unknown. We know that only a few actions are common in humans but the brain plays major role in many actions and results may or may not be anticipated. This complications of brain  have affected the most and  play main role in imagination and interpretation.
Perhaps brain enjoys and dives into unknown to drive the humans ahead for a cause. Sometimes, there may not be coordination between brain and  actions, between saying  and doing etc. If these are because of diseases they may be curable, otherwise,  they create problems to the whole world.  The selfish attitudes develop and results create more harm than good.   We are witnessing political turmoil and war in different parts of world because of such type of brains. Even nature is sufferer because of the brains.

Human brain is the director of actions. Actions ultimately control results. Results may be useful or useless. Results may be  beneficial or harmful. It is obvious, if we sow thorn we should not expect flower.
We have been accustomed to many activities and their results in so many years, but the technical advancements are influencing the brains and results. We, for examples, are in discussions and researching on the effects of waves emanating from mobiles and mobile towers on brains of humans of different  ages. Apart from this, artificial intelligence and remotely controlled instruments and apparatuses are affecting the brains and healths. Useful researches are being used for harmful purposes. We may assume that both human civilisation and nature are at stake because of criminal brains and technical advancements.

The age old concepts of fruits of actions are same and will never change, but other developments with time throw effects on thinking, means of actions and results. Ultimately we are not controller of all types of actions. In holy book ” Gita” it is said that overall controller of fruits of actions is almighty and we are to obey him. We may only act but by order of almighty.

The day we become successful in regulating the life and death, we may expect to control fruits of actions.

NEVER THINK WHAT AFTER ME

It is misconception in older generation, as to what will be after me? What will be the future? How this new generation will handle the situation?
Such questions are commonly heard in offices and other places where experience and expertise come in due course of work’s execution and problems’ handling. The bosses express their views, opinion and vision like this and forget about their beginning.

There are no questions on age and experience but the discussion leading to discouragement in new comers at a working place may never be welcomed. Any working place should be treated as next home and behaviour of the boss should be like guardian as being father figure. The boss should know that post does  provide forceful respect but real respect is earned from behaviour and attitude. Otherwise, relationships will be formal.

We should not forget that most of the workers are gathered from different places having different backgrounds. The boss should treat them as a family to extract the best from them. If boss has discipline wise, region wise, religion wise and caste wise, biased approach in dealing subordinates, the desired results may not be achieved. The working atmosphere will be venomous. All these expose the fear of boss of losing status and importance.

There is always difference in thinking and working styles in between two generations.
There may not be any excuse. The onus lies on the older generation to accommodate. Younger generation need attention and proper guidance.

If the boss does not treat the subordinates well, like sons and daughters, he or she doesn’t deserve to get respect after retirement from service. This type of grievance of non respect from subordinates is common by retired boss. It also depends upon the traditions formulated by preceeding bosses for each other. We should remember that you reap the same what you sow.

So questions of doubts on future should not be raised in sarcastic manner to humiliate new comers. New generation is always ambitious, agile and more mature. They have proved their efficiencies in studies and have capacity to excell, if get proper treatments. They have already faced tough competitions to hit the target.

There is always an exchange offer, give respect and take respect. New generation has changing attitudes- both services and bosses. They may not wait till retirement because this life will not be met second time. Because of stupid and arrogant bosses, most of the time, subordinates  may leave services or take premature retirements and offices loose assets.

The situation worsens when the boss projects to be like God. This attitude is very heinous for the country and needs complete surgery to make a man in reality, a man by behaviour. Such bosses give rise to revolutionary movements against odds and they need more attentions.

The selection procedures of top bosses should be on  strict norms in the interest of office and not because of seniority or some sorts of relations in higher-ups. This type of selected bosses raise questions to quench their complexes. The working atmosphere may be at stake. Boss may  not be always right.  Boss does not know everything because of chair.

G A N D H I – Beyond Horizon

A few lines of mine on Gandhi ji, the Bapu, may not define him or draw any conclusion on him. He was the belief and trend setter. He was the beginning and he was the end of thoughts of his time. We have knowledge of Gods and even proof is often asked to establish the truth. I think, beyond proof, the Gandhi ji was God of worldly habits. He lead and lived every aspect of life. Whatever conclusions he drew at different stages of life he applied them timely for taking further actions. He experienced the “truth” in childhood but applied for the rest of life in leading the mass. He even exposed his personal life for the benefits of all.
His life was an open book. The more you read the more you understand the meaning of life and responsibilities.

He had shown the world as to how to live with minimum requirements without disturbing natural ecology and using local resources. His every action was lesson to the world.

He was not having any political background but his only strength was thoughts influenced by religious books like the holy Gita. His message to the world was very loud and clear; that we could win and survive with strong, well thought, disciplined and planned execution and continuous monitoring upto the last result achieved. With these firm thoughts his views of non use of weapons and non cooperation to the mighty empire, helped the country in getting liberation from slavery without shedding too much blood.
His thoughts are still being applied in different parts of the world as peaceful weapons for liberation from slavery. He had proved that weapons could not deter the determination and rule for long period.
His message of non violence should be the moto of every citizen of each country. The world may see the heaven on earth, the nature may flourish and concept of global village may be true, if Gandhi ji is well understood by heart and not by mere theoretical approach.
It should be clear that piling of weapons may not bring happiness  and power in country but it reveals the weakness of that country. History is the proof, not a single mightiest kingdom is surviving on earth. Violence shows the sense of fear and insecurity. It has long term effect on humanity.
Gandhi ji had understood that and had analysed the strength of people and mobilised  them in India and South Africa.
There are differences on the actions taken by Gandhi ji. Tones of papers have been used to analyse him but It is my thinking that Gandhi ji was a messenger sent by the almighty to show the world the real path of peace and non violence. Further, through him, we get lesson that minimum is sufficient for living a good and self satisfied life.

If we follow them, certainly there will be peace on earth and everyone will be happy. Present situation of wars and lobbying among nations may be avoided. There will not be starvation in the world. The prevailing natural problems may be minimum because of minimum requirements from the nature.

I think, Gandhi ji was a soul to show the world path of heaven by his deeds and thoughts. We should agree that he who walked the talk, was reality.
No one may elaborate him, but adjectives can complain to him for lack in superlative  degree, for expressing the extent of his stature and  noble deeds. Even, many peace recognising and prize giving institutions or organisations of the world could not bring laurels to themselves by missing him in the list of their recipients. They missed the bus of history because of biasness. Now, they need recognition and explanation, because Gandhi ji was both introduction and explanation in himself.
He was so simple that a continuous single line may depict him without any decoration. Draw a simple line and a long stick on paper or any where, that is our beloved Gandhi ji who made a horizon beyond all horizons.


Every future generation  has to read and believe that  a  torch bearer of humanity was once here on earth, who loved everyone and lived for others and sacrificed his life owing to violence against which he had fought, while he was praying for all. A violent end of peace bearing lamp. Gandhi if you die in memory in any age in the world, that will be indication of dying civilisations and humanity. Still you are an inspiration to every movement for liberation and day to day problems.

Attraction

All  selection, protection, emotion, interaction, creation,  preservation etc. are through attraction. We should, for the first and  foremost time, give attention to the attraction of earth mainly christened as Gravitational force. The attractive force of earth holds every thing of nature. Likewise things attract as per degree they deserve.
Attraction is selective process  in animal kingdom including humans, though it may be different for both animals and humans. The yardsticks of attraction may be colour, height, intelligence, physique, mood and behavior etc. prescribed by the nature for worldly affairs in humans. All problems are with humans and not with animals. Animals’ emotions for attraction are mainly  influenced by change in seasons on earth.
Humans are having emotions mainly as attraction, affection and enjoyments etc. due to developed brain. Fondation of all emotions may start from attraction and may end at affection.
For attraction human has elaborated gender wise different scales. For female gender, every part of body  has been beautified in  classical ways in all style of writings for expressions,  as prose, poetry and songs etc. in almost all languages’ literatures. The similarities and comparisons of body’s parts have been made with  other creatures of almighty, for example nose is like beak of parrot and neck is like that of ostrich’s neck etc. The gait of female has been categorised as deers’ gait or peahen’ gait. Even the smile has been classified in many categories. There is no satisfaction in mind even with such comparisons, so the entire body is decorated with flowers, clothing and ornaments to add fuel to the fire. It may be analysed and elaborated at length as live statue of romance and emotions.
There are no more parameters for handsome male gender except the common qualities  like colour, height and look etc. suiting to the needy one.
In fact, the God has given everything to female gender for strength and attraction, for continuity of nature.
We should not assume or consider this as a net to catch the fish but as the intrinsic requirement towards salvation because we have been on earth for the cause of almighty and the attraction is a path. I think, since humans have developed brain to think and to judge the good or bad and to differentiate between beauty and beast, the almighty has given special category of catchers in humans to blind  the brain, for the sake of nature’s sustainability. We become blind with open eyes. The attraction changes to affection followed by enjoyments. Rest is interestingly in the hands of almighty.
This approach may be modified by thinking and meditation on satisfaction and ultimate goal of being human. It is better to maintain positive attitudes and balancing the life cycle of the nature. We may get such examples in our epics and books where salvation is possible without relinquishing worldly affairs. This is the best path to lead the life.
Attraction should be considered as means to meet the almighty. Even if we abstain from worldly affairs the incompleteness of physique may change the meaning of life. This may be the main hindrance in which the human civilisation will be at stake to reach the  culmination where the humans become godly by nature,  behavior and free of all needs. This stage may not be reached alone as the sleeping desires have dreams for realisation and act as barriers in meeting with the almighty. These desires remain as seeds covered underneath the soil and germinate at any favorable time. Ultimately, relinquishment may be punishment. Here, every individual is the client in the court of the almighty.
Swimming is must to reach the shore. Attraction is  fluid. Everyone has right to write his or her destiny through attraction.
