I am afraid, I am evaluating myself.
I am disturbed, I am consoling myself.
I am obliged, I am bending myself.
I became human by killing an animal in me.
I am becoming an animal again by killing humanity.
I am changing my face into many faces.

I am hurting,
I am healing.
I am gaining,
I am decorating my inner home.

I am one,
I am for someone.
I am yours,
I am submerging my hidden thoughts.

I am flaring,
I am engulfing.
I am helping,
I am checking.
I am deteriorating,
I am succumbing.
I am denigrating,
I am relinquishing,
I am enjoying it.

I have drawn a line,
I have made a barrier,
I have sent a list.

My almighty –
I intend to understand your creations. I want to leave all my bad habits for my sake to enjoy your world, made with expectations. These are my disturbances. I am the dweller with unclear thoughts and an unknown future. I want to be to meet your intentions and live a life of your aspirations. I want to forget myself and my whimsical reasons to change interests for you. I want to follow your rules. I want to be lost in your search. Please remind your mind to this heinous world.

We should not forget

We always like to listen to the good over the bad. Why? It is nature – I guess the reply. Should it be? As a human – yes. We do not want to meet the bad. But bad gives a lesson. We may analyze our strengths, and weaknesses and prepare ourselves to face the music. Our experience becomes relief measures for others. What after that? What should we remember? What should we forget? I know the reply – remembering the good, useful and pleasure-giving things and memories. But forgetting the bad, hurting and displeasing moments are peace-giving, life-saving and adding life to relationships.

We always act as a sieve to filter and separate useful things. What after that? Is it possible to be choosy? Again the reply guessed is ” no”. Sometimes everything is required whether friendly or not. May we complete the cycle of happenings without the combination of those? Never is the reply. Then by nature, we think of favourites only. What after that? This question is endless and chases up to infinity. After that what? I think all assumptions are competitive to influence all creatures. I think, when we forget ourselves, we procreate. Seeds change into trees to procreate. But this change is inevitable and needs to be forgotten. This forgetting is admirable and is the first step toward continuity and sustainability.
In our day-to-day life, we have options of bad and forgetting others. Selfishly heaven is imagined in these attitudes.

Most of the time we say that we should not or you should not forget. It will be better to say that we should remember. Whenever someone says that you should forget anything, the attention of the listener is lost why do give stress to things to be forgotten? But it is a mistake.

When we start our lives on earth, everything is new and our elders emphasise remembering all. So our habit is to remember. This word plays a role throughout life in every field. But the word ” forget ” reminds us of unwanted things and the addition of another negative word ” not ” makes it hammering. In long run, we forget many things. We have forgotten many good things about our ancestors and for our convenience, we term them as superstitions. Many of those superstitions related to children, morality, knowledge, food habits, nature, environment and behaviours are being found to be scientifically true, after spending time and lots of money. In modern times we have superstitions, but mostly for luck. We have forgotten many old sayings, short stories and proverbs. A number of stories are related to the origin of those sayings and proverbs and the moral of stories gives good lessons to remember for life. Earlier education was not well spread, so such superstitions were a kind of education to remember. We may get many fairy tales, short stories and stories on animals giving lessons to children on moralities, behaviours, emotions and all aspects of life.

When the sense of ” not forgetting ” overshadows memories we may not get the best out of everyone. We may give priorities to shorter and lower levels of services for aplomb. We are witnessing deterioration everywhere. In construction, we are finding weak buildings, forgetting the history of our historical strong buildings. Why? Because we are having less time for history as we pretend to be too busy in this modern, materialistic time for our comfort and selfishness. We are going away from our roots.

I may say this is a mistake of our decision-takers having short-sightedness without considering indirect effects on other aspects of life, the environment and natural things. Our basic education system is firstly towards not forgetting, leading to scoring and passing the exams for livelihoods. We have little knowledge of our ancestors’ glorious history of development. Someone not, but many groups are taking benefit of this ” not remembering ” and dividing society into various sections, for their causes of establishing their truths. They are getting success. But problems have started with resistance to new truths and the spread of old stories.

Better late than never. This saying’s lesson should be considered to save the ” remembering ” from repenting later on spilt milk. Time and tide wait for none and someone will grind his or her axe. He or She is advancing like a tortoise. So we should keep vigil. Our praise of achievements is no self-recommendation. But who will cross the rubicon? We should be careful and sniff like a dog to identify imminent problems. We should start timely as one stitch in time saves nine. We should not forget rather we should remember. Remember to coordinate. Remember to cooperate. Remember to excel together.

They Laughed

When I smiled at flowers, they laughed.
When I cried at my fault, they laughed.
When I wept on my fate, they laughed.
When I fell because of them, they laughed.
When I slipped due to ignorance, they laughed.
When I missed a chance, they laughed.
When I remembered you, they laughed.
When I excused their faults, they laughed.
When I enjoyed my loneliness, they laughed.
When I shared my views, they laughed.
When I cared about their systems, they laughed.
When I failed in my attempts, they laughed.
When I passed the hurdles, they laughed.
When I changed myself, they laughed.
When I worked for them, they laughed.
When I slept in peace, they laughed.
When I wanted a favour, they laughed.
When I wrote my grievance, they laughed.
When I lost my beloved, they laughed.
When I worshipped my God, they laughed.

They judged me. They commented on me and my feelings. They expressed their attitudes, faith and hate. They killed me in their thoughts.

They have different moralities. They have developed their standards. They are doers. They are decision takers. They are implementors. They are assessors. They govern. They are true by themselves. They have a complex of greatness.

My almighty call me back. I have crossed the tolerance limit given by you. Even you have been defined and limited to their whims. They know how to twist your teachings.

Almighty! may you delimit your existence. I am to live in this world as per your wish, but your existence is at stake. You are being exchanged with their attitudes and dictatorships. Fear of your wrath is their strength. You are like a rubber stamp. You are a seal, taken for granted. They are two-edged swords. You have been divided for their convenience.

Now the question comes – who is supreme? Who is the controller? What is the reality? Who will bell the cat? Only darkness appears to be a distinguished reality. Your light is awaited again. You matter the most.

Me of Mine

I have “me” in myself. This me of mine is the root cause of all types of greed, distress and diseases.

When I was an infant, I was with my mother only. I always wanted to be with her only. She was my world for everything.
She was my life jacket in the world of problems from my first day on this earth. I learned to swim in this oceanic world under the supervision of my mother. She was my heaven. I was only comfortable with her.

   When first time I was sent to school I felt alone. My troubles started with learning the first letter of the alphabet in my mother tongue. I started facing worldly vices. My mother made me acquainted with such affairs and gave me lessons to cope with them.

One day my mother left me alone in this world for her invisible journey to another world. I became an orphan and easy prey to all nuances of society. I turned from good to bad and from bad to worse and worst.  I forgot to control my tongue and master the time for the sake of me. I could not behave like a sieve to be like a sage.

I was always right on the wrong side. Earlier, I had searched for myself in my mother but now without my mother, I had been a demon with harming tendencies. All earlier teachings were futile. I changed as per my needs and became more selfish. I had lost myself in me.

My love for myself had been a curse later in life. I wanted to regret and regain my childhood notions and thoughts. I wanted my mother to be with me again. But this was not possible.

I did not know the history of souls. My mind had a plethora of thoughts like waves in the ocean. I wanted to use my waves for me and for peace in life. I had recalled my mother’s teaching, –  “the new path starts from where you become helpless and confused about life and devote yourself to the almighty. Then he takes care.”

I have surrendered to almighty for his shelter. This time my me is not for myself but for selflessness. My me has submerged into almighty. I have restricted myself to a minimum for living and requirements. My thoughts start with him and end with him – the almighty. My me is for your cause.

Now I am yours. Sorry, I have never asked – ” how are you “? I am pity on myself for losing you. My repentance may please be accepted for me.   

Honeymoon

Ouch, you have orchestral touch. I have heavenly pleasure.
No words, no sound, let the music of silence spread.
No boundaries, no pointed indication, let liberty be enjoyed.
No enticing, no sensation, let me be imbibed.
No memory, no repentance, let me be lost.
No more chance, no revival, let me be forgotten.
No objection, no-obligation, let me be admissible.
No permission, no hesitation, let only be submission.
No feeling, no thrilling, let only be healing.
No sorrow, no joy, let only be happy tears.
No summer, no winter, let only be spring.
No solace, no arrogance, let me be in an embrace.

My almighty, I want to mingle with you to forget my entity. You are the reason for my separation from you. I want to restrict to you but you are the reason for my – me, mine, myself – deviation from you. I want to be your object and you are the reason for my devotion. I want to leave but you are the reason for my continuity.

As I am part of you, I have the remorseless right to have demand to be with you. I have many wishes to be fulfilled by you. I have seen your natural world, turning into an artificial trench, holding supremacy on the pretension of your intentions. You are under unprecedented questions by self-declared Gods on earth. Everything is confusing. You have been interpreted on earth, according to the will of the mighty one. You are the virtual means of threatening, in the name of the creator.

Abstaining from all confusion, I want to be with you, on your honeymoon forever. No relation, no self but the spiritual honeymoon. You dive deep into me for spiritual ecstasy. You see and I will sink. Your breathing is my sensation. Your indication is my message. Your grace is my treasure. Your target is my surrender. All celestial bodies will be our homes. We will fly on clouds with windy wings. Sun and Moon will be our path showers. Stars will illuminate our nights.

You are my limit. All wishes start with you and end with you. Let me revolve around you. I want to be no more.  

Return

I think that a suitable word denoting completion of a cycle is ” Return “. In a wheel, a point returns to its previous location in completion of one circle but it goes ahead and reaches to the location by repeating the cycle. This is applicable to all. No one can move without completing a cycle.

Nature is an open book, where a number of cycles are running continuously maintaining close coordination with each other. There are cycles in air, in the sea and within the earth. If any disturbance is detected its effects may be hazardous. The important seasonal cycle- summer – rain and winter, is well known on the earth. There may be a deviation in other parts of the earth. This cycle mainly depends on the temperature, cloud and wind. The wind cycle depends on the temperature, to carry clouds which depends on low-pressure zones to discharge water as rain. This season’s cycle along with another water’s cycle is the life of nature. Nature maintains her existence with the temperature and the water.

Every creature depends mainly on these cycles. Besides, there are the food cycle, growth cycle and many more essential cycles in nature. But the water cycle is important for sustainability. Nature frugally uses this valuable gift. Nature behaves like a miser. She uses water for creatures, stores water on the  earth for use and sends back surplus water to the ocean for maintaining the continuity of the cycle. Nature, for this, has a unique transportation system of rivers, leading to the ocean.

Nature is very kind. Nature is very cruel also. At last, nature takes all things back from her dwellers, whatever she releases from her warehouses. All creatures from  invisible to visible take essential items from the earth and surroundings for origin, growth and performing worldly duties. Nature very kindly support a life and supply essentials for sustainability. But she has defined return policies for her treasury. When a living thing becomes nonliving, her systems and agents get activated automatically at the proper time to take back all essentials used. The body decays and becomes useful for others. These cycles run continuously in nature.

Humans are also part of nature’s cycles. But they have a brain. They think, because of this, they have interfering qualities through thoughts, behaviours, emotions and greedy attitudes. They do not have their cycles to challenge nature but they have a sequence of karma (actions ) followed by fruits (results). In this sequence, karma controls the type of fruit and fruit may control the further course of actions followed by results to carry on the sequence which controls the life in the human kingdom. Karma is mainly controlled by attitudes, behaviours, surroundings and emotions. But the greed of humans plays a vital role in deciding the path of karma. Though humans, based on experience in the past, may anticipate the relationship between karma and results, yet they are disturbing nature. Humans are fully dependent on nature from day one to the last day of their lives. But in the name of sustainability, they are taking more from nature than they can return. Most of the resources are non-renewable and non- replenishing.

Nature has suffered from humans to the extent that her seasonal cycle and the water cycle have been disturbed the most. The results of karma are backfiring on humans and their existence is in danger. Nature is taking its course to sustain and is giving a warning to humans to be careful to change their thinking before it is too late.

We have potential beyond imagination. We have to rise to the occasion to limit our needs to a minimum. Otherwise, the fruits of actions will be annihilating. We may not save ourselves with all technological advancements. The return may be to the stone age but on the wheel of destruction what we are witnessing in the form of different types of wars between countries in the world. We are forgetting that our cycle is completed from the almighty to the almighty via natural duties with the assistance of nature made by the almighty. We are so intelligent that in this cycle of life we always fight for the existence of the almighty and we fight for my God and your God but we forget to define a human and humanity. We should celebrate a human day also for our sake. We should also think about fixing a day in the name of God, in a year, to remember that we are sons and daughters of only one God.

We are to Criticise

I think that We are empowered. We are mainly  naturally, socially and politically empowered. Natural empowerment is not in our control. It appear at defined time and occasions to perform the empowered duties. We may not avoid or change it. Whenever, we try to be against it, we pay its price and suffer, sometimes beyond our  control.

Besides, the humans made social empowerment is result of age old traditions, beliefs and thinkings. It has seen many changes with passage of time and is always subjected to further improvements or amendments as per the needs. It is progressive and may not be imposed on everyone as we are having brain to apply to understand the good or bad for all within limits. Any deviation from this type of empowerment disturbs the social set up and harmony.

In general empowerment gives strength and teaches us discipline to lead our lives. We have liberty to exercise it in favour or have other options to use.

When we think empowering others to control us, we are  supposed to take every step with due diligence and precaution. Otherwise, we  have to face the music. We have to mentally prepare ourselves, in this regard before taking final decision.

When we are to start education in childhood, our guardians or parents choose the schools for our bright future. When we want to choose our profession to be independent and serve, we consider many things in selection of a suitable career for comfortable and rewarding lifestyles. We take all precautionary measures in our lives for health, food, marriage, settlement and social lives etc. from time to time.

We always try to do the best from available resources. We give priorities to our personal interests and act accordingly, to use the empowered duties. But, we become casual in exercising the political empowerment. This type of empowerment has been given in any country after many historical events and sacrifices, atleast, in a country which has the history of independent movements against foreign rulers to get rid off slavery. We are politically empowered to decide the future, developments and improvements in the country for the betterment of natives. We are to write our destiny through elections, handing over the decision making and implementing powers to elected members.

A country, as a unit of the world, has to deal both with other countries to carve out a niche and with internal problems for the stability, an essential requirement for growth and developments. All these depend upon us, as responsibilities, because of the political empowerment. But it is found that we miss the bus every time and criticise the governing political party later.

We, on analysis, find that we are on fault. We, in our service or other working places, for recruitment to any post, prescribe many eligibility criteria ranging from education, job experience, character, marks obtained and mental conditions etc.  Besides, an aspirant has to go through many stages of examinations, physical tests and interviews. We take utmost care in selection but during election, we forget all such criteria and requirements in a candidate who is supposed to run a state or the country. We seldom try to know about the candidate’s past history for suitability.  We only consider by the standards of religion or caste or region or political parties or some thing else.  We keep our nationhood a side. We think a party will act for only one particular section of society and others may wait for their turn in future. We become prey to the allurements and  bounties of free water, free electricity, free food and free housing facilities. But we never consider the cost at which we are getting all these. We, personally, may not distribute in gratis in our limited incomes. But the political parties dare to give, restricting alround developments.

These political parties have serious    concern for having insufficient  means with them , for digital propaganda during spread of pandemic, but have never taken care of students residing in villages, for not having Internet and mobiles to study during online teaching to avoid loss of education. Parties have funds but for themselves. Even then  they are vying with each other to distribute free things but at our cost. Both, the leaders of different parties and we, voters are responsible for this.

We are always ready to criticise the government but do not want to join politics. Whenever, election comes, we forget the past and our criticism. We start harping on the same string, as usual. We, learned people, talk on government’s responsibilities only,  forgetting our onus at the time of election. Ultimately, our rulers are enjoying because of our habits. We, again, become busy in discussions and criticising government on every topics, till the next election comes, as food for our old habits to revive in the form of caste, religion and region etc.

This political empowerment has effects on social empowerment, affecting natural harmony and divide the society. Finally   these both are affecting natural empowerment and we create a new category of criticising empowerment on hitting self goals. It is irony that we want to catch the time but at our own costs. We are not ready to learn or take lessons from our mistakes.

If we elaborate our actions, the same may be seen in international geopolitics – deeply rooted divisions on various levels and lines for many unreasonable reasons.
