Fruits of actions

The known results oriented actions attract the most. It is inherent in our nature. We do not  hesitate to react to routine calls as results are known. It is by nature that we think on actions and their results. It is beyond imagination that any action does not bear fruits. We apply our brains where we have to deal with unknown world or relations. A student knows that the result will be as per study but the future is not known. But we know about most of the actions and their results happening in nature. It is known that a seed germinates and becomes tree and bears flowers and fruits on time. The periods of various seasons in different parts of world, barring some exceptional situations, are defined. We know that all actions in nature are not fruitful to civilisations and some of them are harmful. Accordingly we remain ready for results with cautions, except in a few exceptions.

Human Life is not like that. Our lives start from unknown and end into unknown. We know that only a few actions are common in humans but the brain plays major role in many actions and results may or may not be anticipated. This complications of brain  have affected the most and  play main role in imagination and interpretation.
Perhaps brain enjoys and dives into unknown to drive the humans ahead for a cause. Sometimes, there may not be coordination between brain and  actions, between saying  and doing etc. If these are because of diseases they may be curable, otherwise,  they create problems to the whole world.  The selfish attitudes develop and results create more harm than good.   We are witnessing political turmoil and war in different parts of world because of such type of brains. Even nature is sufferer because of the brains.

Human brain is the director of actions. Actions ultimately control results. Results may be useful or useless. Results may be  beneficial or harmful. It is obvious, if we sow thorn we should not expect flower.
We have been accustomed to many activities and their results in so many years, but the technical advancements are influencing the brains and results. We, for examples, are in discussions and researching on the effects of waves emanating from mobiles and mobile towers on brains of humans of different  ages. Apart from this, artificial intelligence and remotely controlled instruments and apparatuses are affecting the brains and healths. Useful researches are being used for harmful purposes. We may assume that both human civilisation and nature are at stake because of criminal brains and technical advancements.

The age old concepts of fruits of actions are same and will never change, but other developments with time throw effects on thinking, means of actions and results. Ultimately we are not controller of all types of actions. In holy book ” Gita” it is said that overall controller of fruits of actions is almighty and we are to obey him. We may only act but by order of almighty.

The day we become successful in regulating the life and death, we may expect to control fruits of actions.

Expectation and Aspirations

There may be difference in meaning of words expectation and aspirations. But here, I treat them as twins. I am in this world due to aspiration and what I am in life is the result of expectation of parent and aspiration of self. It is difficult to conclude as to which word comes first. I think both go together as twins, hand in hand.

Expectation saves from dejection and encourage as instigation to strive. Before expectation capacity of person should be considered. Every parent or well wisher may expect more than the capacity of someone. This inculcates thought in negative leading toward unexpected consequences. Such things are happening at present. Because of parents, children are missing their childhood. They are under deep stress and deprived of outdoor games necessary for physical strength and better immunities. Parents want their children to learn subjects, painting, dancing, swimming and music etc. at one time so that they may boast of their expectations in the societies and communities. Last sufferer is the child. Parent never asks the aspiration of child who is to bear the brunt of expectation. Parents may tell their expectation without forcing children. Otherwise, this affects the life of a child. If a child gets chance to follow her or his aspiration, the result will be different. The flower may bloom in whole heartedly.

We may say that guidance is must to children for making them acquainted with worldly affairs. No work is mean and unreasonable, and unimportant. In fact every work is supportive to other works. Cleaning is as important as good governance. Teaching is as important as research works. A complete set up need all to deliver good to society and humanity.

Since we are the results of aspirations, it should get priority to expectation. Expectation may go together, as it is also necessary in assessing the requirements for our future and making decisions.
Both words silently affect all walks of life.

Whatever, we witness, in the world, are because of these two. Every one has expectation as per interest and also expect  from professionals, affecting life for comforts and ease. Even animals have expectations – live and let live.

The almighty who sends us, also has expectation for betterment of the nature and world, but our aspirations are dominating. The expectation should also be taken care to reap maximum benefits. Aspirations of all should be heard and considered for natural growth, suitable training and proper developments. Both are important. Aspire to expect. You are expected to expire.

Strategy and experience

Every creature in the world has importance and assigned job to perform in life. But in case of human being it may not be true. The natural importance in completing the life cycle is only assigned. Other activities are controlled according to the age of individual from childhood to old age through young stage. Humans have many privileges bestowed by nature as special case for appreciation of her treasure.
Among all creatures, something makes humans special in nature and that is developed brain. Humans have utilised brain for  developing a very important system of learning called education. Education is only essential need which unfurls the universe’s secrets and paves the path for meaningful complete life with due care of the nature. Education has unlimited scope but need a systematic approach which may be termed as strategies. Hence, we may consider that formulating strategies need education to be useful and purposeful.
The strategy may not be same in every case. Though education is very important, yet values and importance of experience of uneducated or lesser educated people may not be neglected. We have traditional thoughts that without proper training or education, success is doubtful. We, should also analyse that in many cases even after vigorous training, expected results are not achieved in various fields such as administration, economics and growth etc.
We may meet in life certain persons who are not educated or having minimal education but their experience mattered more and they are very successful in life. They are sometimes very useful in formulating the strategies and achieving the goals. We may get examples in field of agriculture, labour intensive work, caring and tourism etc. where local or migratory people are very friendly and helpful in making strategies and their executions. Even in field of defense they are very  useful. So raw education may be taken as tool of strategies and not as guarantee for success.
We should consider that experience comes with age and is a tool for refined approach in making strategies and taking decisions. We should  appreciate that many innovation are made based on the situation and requirements, by experience of both educated and uneducated persons. Still it is continuing. The same is true in case of making strategies. Recognition and appreciation of such people are necessary for existence and continuity of thoughts and developments. When the nature has capacity to change, we may also adapt to sustain. Change is first requirement for creation and continuity otherwise, extinction will be fate of humankind. So developmental strategies should be based on the history of nature and imagination of origin of life and survival.
Nature has shown the importance of strategies of step by step growth upto a level suitable for incarnation of humankind.
Experience may save them.

Education

I am expressing my thinking on education first.  Our country is full of diversities in many respect. So there are many differences in education both statewise and educational boardwise. That is  affecting the performance of students at state as well as at  national level in different competitive exams. That is creating many problems in the society.
So such existing system should be completely overhauled for everyone’s benefit.
1. There should be only one syllabus  in every state after class VIII to avoid  the difference in standard of education.
2. If  possible  there should be only one education board for conducting the exam of board level.
3. There may be statewise difference in syllabus in education upto class VIII. There may be impetus on knowledge related with state’s culture, language, traditions, customs, history.
4. Since it is known that a child can learn faster upto certain age, three languages ( mother tongue, national language and English) may be taught from early days.
5. Apart from routine syllabus, certain physical activities, every weekend motivational speech, games, and practical knowledge may be given.
6. The impetus on physical and mental activities should be given to prepare every child for  future as per requirements of time.
7. Knowledge of every aspect of life should be given from early days.
8. The parents and grand parents may also be  involved in imparting the education at primary level to inculcate the family values and importance of united families. It should not be like prevailng parent teacher meeting.
9. There should be only one type of school to avoid status differences and sense of insecurity from very beginning.
10. Every child should get opportunities  to develop in the field of interast from very beginning.
11. Stories of our grand civilisation, national leaders of all walk of life,  achievements of our old generations in revealing the secrets of nature and universe and many more possible well thought facts should be given to inculcate nationality.
12. Since it is  known that many teachers from cities avoid to go to village’s schools, local educated villagers may be involved for this purpose after giving proper training.
13. There may be occasional healthy competition between schools in cities and villages  to know the status of education and need of improvements from students as well as teachers point of view.
14. Since a good sleep is required for complete growth of child the timing of school should begin from 9:30am or later,  atleast for primary level
15. Since primary education is very important for the nation building devoted teachers should be given responsibilities with best salaries. These teachers craft the future of generation so they should not be involved in other activities of government rather they should be continuously judged on the basis of the performance of their students.
16. There should be frequent educational tours and performance should be judged on application of knowledge and practical approach rather ratta mar system of exam and unhealthy competition for number to boast.
