She should be inspiration.

She should be for others,
She should be creative,
She should be for nature,
But she should be for her own.

Half truth

Whenever, we attend discussions in any place of substance, we go through a number of quotations and examples of historical incidents related with the topic. Such discussions influence the working and  atmosphere. If it is a gathering of students, then the attitudes change with aspirations to follow the sayings and characters of heroes and leaders etc. Many of them may be applicable and suitable in changing world but the emphasis depends upon the background of personality appealing to do so. If it is matching with personality, everyone considers in positive. Otherwise, the analytical ability of well equipped gentry may ask many questions. So walk the talk is the best way to impeach someone.

We may find, in pre-independent era, the aspirations and actions, in many cases, of public, were controlled by situations, attitudes of surroundings and behaviors of leaders. Public, on appeal of leaders were ready to sacrifice everything, even their lives. Those leaders had lived the lives what they were expecting from others. Many of them had set examples by sacrificing everything for the nation. The same continued in  post-independent era for a few years.

As the time passed and new thinkings started taking birth, aspirations and actions of people  were also influenced and  started changing. International politics and developments, in modern days, in all aspects of life are also added in the list of influencing factors. Besides, competitions, greeds, lust and cheating factors are also taking influencing sizes and need attentions.

In our social structures, it is clear that tender children get affected from surroundings, family traditions, occupation of parents, school, friends and education. When they grow and get matured, the factors, needed to meet livelihoods, play roles in behaviors’ management. These affect nation building activities. The country becomes strong or weak, depends from here on the influences of leaders and their behaviors.

We are finding that we are missing and fighting with all for self. It is a matter of respect if someone walks the talk. If activities of anyone is minutely observed, we may find gap in credibility. So example is better than percept. Such half truths may not have long life. There was a time of less education and less news spreading means. Many of things were hidden. Now, time has changed. All information are available on finger tips across the world. No one may be made fool for long time.

In the interest of nation every new generation should be well taught and sacrifices of our ancestors should be made known from very beginning in schools to make character building. Otherwise, the present may have opposite effects on future of a nation, when the self is dominating in all walks of life.

The education system should be robust and the teachers should be highest paid of all, as they make eligible all for different services in the interest of nation. If teachers and education are neglected, no nation may flourish peacefully and preachers should walk the talk.

Decision

One stitch in time saves nine. It is always advisable to get repaired the leaking roof before onset of monsoon. We may meet odd challenges due to anticipation and timely taken decisions.

Every part of a body works smoothly, coordinating each other and any disbalance is indicated in the form of problems so that timely curable measures  may be taken by the owner of body. Otherwise, ignoring that, disease may silently develop and may not be cured. This is applicable everyday, everywhere, where coordinated approaches are necessities, be it a family or industry or office.

In the industrialised world mechanisation and artificial intelligence along with robots are easing execution of works in a concerted coordination. But the final decisions are to be taken by humans. However,  brain may not be replaced by any invention or discovery. We may not be slave in such world, lest another political systems should develop. Perhaps racism, caste systems and religious rivalries may stall in that world with different views. Even then, brain is supreme and may not be replaced.

Humans have reached at this level of integrity after many trial and error, so final decision will always be their responsibilities, despite use of other accessories as assistance to brain’s decisions.

The scenario in the world is changing every moment. We are now more inter dependent for growth and developments. In this regard, rules and regulations are dynamic and need consideration and continuous analysis in the interest of respective country. Everyone knows weakness and strength of each other. So, now a days, rapid and accurate decisions are required in every system of a nation. Even the tiny unit has to be taken care of during decisions. Every nut and bolt play role in a vehicle. Any negligence may not be appreciable. Planning and foresightedness are required continuously.

Decision making is complicated process on large scale and needs amalgamation of various subjects. It may be influenced by affinity and by biasness specially where large number of humans are involved. Self interest should not be entertained. Biasness may cost in loosing the best brains. Many conspiracies and secrets are being  unveiled where biasness, self interest or family members are involved in influencing decisions, harmful to the nation. Utmost care with open eyes and ears are required.

We may be successful in every field. Nations may flourish at the cost of others. But humanity should not be endangered. Certain problems should be fought together, hand in hand. Natural problems, for instance, are affecting the globe and need attention. If nations do not timely activate themselves then be ready to pay the price,  destined by the almighty. Take care or play your duffle. Let the humanity perish or save. Decisions are required.

Any nation may be strong and powerful on certain yardstick but may never challenge nature. One may deal alone, natural problem of small extent only. Present continuing pandemic, in different waves, is the example of our limitations and helplessness. Nature has no boundaries and does not distinguish among races or religions. United we stand, divided we fall.

Decisions should be for humanity, peace and all with self identity. Every nation should be careful, as every nation is sailing in the same boat as far as nature is concerned.

Open words to God

God of all,
At the very first instance, I express my sincere gratitude and want to know about your styles of functions. Is it discriminatory from person to person, from region to region? Do you have grudges to help? Do you take notice of your every creature? Is every thing in order in your created world? I have many questions in my mind. Most of them are because of behaviours of your most advanced creature – the humans.

‘O’ God! It is not plausible to doubt on your intentions in creating the brainy humans to enjoy and enthralling your creations but the ultimate outcomes are endangering the whole universe. Humans fighting for survival from beginning, are now fighting for supremacy over each other and have divided your land, ocean, sea and sky for their hungers for control. You are the creator and you might be knowing that humans have developed from ignorance  and created their parallels,  as you have created, in the form of robots which may think, beget and do impossible things beyond the scope of your humans. They have given birth to challenges, more than the happiness and solutions of problems.

I fear that  these inventions of humans may create their own God or many Gods, as your most advanced creature humans have stipulated different religions and Gods, based on their beliefs. Many Gods in a few religions have taken birth on this earth from time to time to show the path of right and wrong lifestyle. But we fight from each other in the name of my God or your God and try to increase the number of followers by hook or crook to please you.  You have many dates of birthdays in a year as per the will of religions.

I am thankful to you all Gods of different religions that you all have one combined,  coordinated thoughts for your all creatures of earth. By your grace, there are no difference in the same group of creatures as per different thoughts in prevailing religions. I am  grateful that they are similar in all respects – from physical to physiological, from birth to death and other aspects. However, their mindsets change or got modified later influenced by religious thoughts and principles.

It is, hereby, intended as request to modify the genetics of humans in the interest of universe, to induce changes in thinking, love and behaviours, so that, with all differences in attitudes, humanity should be supreme.

It is evident that you are only one God with many names. You have to get it known to the world. A change is must for both the world and yourself. Your teachings of love to everyone and treat the universe as family, have been decorative in books and are being forgotten. These are mere fashionable thoughts in stickers and written on walls and mountains. You should be ware of these things? Religions are restricting you to their visions and missions. If you pay a visit to your world, especially in the dark night, you may find the real nature and behaviours of your humans and their understanding of your teachings on love and its expansion. You may find well concerted show business in your name without or minimum essence of your love. Everyone is busy in selfishness.

All differences should vanish. I hope, you also always hope so in hope of the best for all. Creativity and sustainability should always be alive.

These are all to the  God’s…… in the hope of humanity. You have to decide? You have to conclude? I have found that I am lost.

Stability

The Stability word is complete in itself. Stability in any aspect, either related with life or situation or nation or nature is imperative for evolution and developments. It is an indicator of suitability and is a must for sustainability.
We expect many kinds of stability, related with worldly as well as spiritual aspects. If we take it for granted, worldly stability inculcates  sprituality for existence of heaven on earth. As far as the worldly stability is concerned, We should look towards the giver, the nature. We know that nature is an open book. If we go through the history of origin of life on earth, it becomes evident that the first life appeared after the suitable stability in nature. Whenever, the stability is disturbed, nature’s wrath is witnessed in the form of volcanoes, earthquakes, cyclones and floods etc. to re-establish stability.
When we look towards worldly stability, our historical evidences on ancient civilisations reveal the attempts made by our ancestors towards stability, from individual to family formation to concept of societies and communities. Many civilisations were at their pinnacle of growth and stability had modern days concept of town planning and facilities of that time.

We are carrying the concepts of family and relations established from our ancestors. This has taught us as to how to take care of each other and share with each other. This type of stability should be considered first suitable step towards meeting the challenges in society, community and so on. When every thing becomes favorable, automatically peace and happiness, prevail and home becomes like heaven on earth.
The close knit family is boon as first step towards salvation.  This stability comes due to stable and permanent fiscal sources in this materialistic world. But after industrialisation and other developments of easy life making tools and instruments, the stability in a family has been disturbed to an extent that the family concept is at stake. We are getting more disturbed with developments and becoming more self oriented. We want every thing with our limited resources, mainly fiscal one. We have forgotten our efficiencies. Pandemic of this twenty first century has added fuel to the fire. The fiscal resources which are already limited, have been on the verge of exhausting. This turmoil has distracted from all the controlling concepts of balance and peace in life, in turn, affecting the journey towards sprituality. No country has been left unaffected from this pandemic.

This pandemis should be treated as open warning from stability, against rat race for unequal developments, ignoring nature’s stability. Interdependence among nations for sustainability is demand of the time. It is the time to forget individual’s supremacy. It is better to opt for minimum requirements for livelihoods to avoid distress and depression. The sprituality and world should be saved from becoming hell for stability . Otherwise nature will bear all consequences, at last and sprituality will be less meaningful.

Love – My will

I am happy, I want love.

I am alone, I want  love. 
I am lost, I want love.

I am to dream, I want love.I am to move,

Love me to be sure. Love me to be confident. Love me to be me. Love me to be lovable.

God I am your part, don’t depart, always love me. I am in love of love for your love.

I did in the wold what you wanted. In your world –  everyone was with me but no one was for me. Everyone loved me but not for me. I was for all but no one was for me. I had relatives but for namesake. I was borrower but no one was lender.

I am your child I want to remain like that to be innocent in my life, please accept me. I am yours, I want to be yours at last, please accept me. I am from you. I want to be lost but in you, please accept me. I want to be merged but in you. I want to be submerged but into you. I am a drop of your ocean. Please save me from nexus.

Let me be I, let me be me, let me be myself, but at last, let me be you and yours forever. Let me rest in peace.
And my, the last will  from you is, let me  remember my mother always, even with you, only. Please ignore my sin.

Four Pillars

If you want to explore the world and know the culture, traditions, different languages and living styles etc. of a place, then you have to be like a nomad, always on migration. Most of the countries or sea routes known to the world are because of this quality. If you want to imagine then you would have to close your eyes as if you are a blind. Light is not necessary for imagination. Perfection comes like that. If you want to address the world, be like a dumb. Analyses of words is must  to influence others like weapons- war or peace.  If you want to think, isolate yourself, correlate within, and visualise outer world, you will know the power of thinking.  
The outcomes of these human qualities have affected the making of civilisations and history, knowledge of many secrets of nature and universe,writing  of literatures related with all walks of life and necessities- morals, medicines,  economics, administration, rulings and duties, etc.
They are still in existence. Imaginations and thinking are mostly found in cartoons and stories related with children. They have effects on children. Even scientists are working on many of them to realise  the benefits  to humanity or security of a  nation.
At this age of life, I find that the most important  classical imagination of childhood game, I played with my friends, is the ” hide and seek”. Everyone might have certainly played this game. The lesson from this game we get is that all players become happy on their success. What a great idea on a game, no one is looser and all enjoy and remain happy.
Like wise, migration has discovered two countries- India and America. These are the two democratic countries influencing the world’s other countries in many ways.
We may have true friends and well wishers if we analyse and use words as miser. More the words and there will be more  complications in relationships.
If we miss these  four essential pillars in day to day life, then should try to imagine to migrate to develop new thinking for addressing the concern with effective words.
Every thing may change and may be modified. We may change and write fates to ensure the accuracy and flexibility according to convenience. But four pillars are necessity to humanity, civilisation, nature and world for existence.
Our ancestors have shown the way to know the world for sustainability and continuity

Old is Gold

The old one is always gold- most valuable having manifestation of the nature. We should hold his goldenness because  he or she is leaseholder, householer, placeholder, stakeholder of our lives. He or She is at the threshold to influence us manifold. His or Her bold face unfolds golden folders of pretold doldrums scolding the time. His or Her foothold has withhold us together. His or Her smile is like marigold.

We sould always be thankful to them as we treat them as our path to begin this journey of life. They should not be neglected rather their experience and guidance may be of great use for the betterment of  society. Wherever olds are neglected down fall of the culture and fortune starts early. When they start  keeping silent in the home the fate of that family starts deteriorating day by day and doomsday starts early.

We should never forget that history repeats and we have to sail in the same boat and we may reap the fruits of whatever have been sown. There may be worse scenarios. The life is the best teacher and behavior is the path to tread in future to face the music. This is always true. The old one is a living library. They are hidden treasures. Our furure’s golden days lie in their pandora’s box.

Strategy and experience

Every creature in the world has importance and assigned job to perform in life. But in case of human being it may not be true. The natural importance in completing the life cycle is only assigned. Other activities are controlled according to the age of individual from childhood to old age through young stage. Humans have many privileges bestowed by nature as special case for appreciation of her treasure.
Among all creatures, something makes humans special in nature and that is developed brain. Humans have utilised brain for  developing a very important system of learning called education. Education is only essential need which unfurls the universe’s secrets and paves the path for meaningful complete life with due care of the nature. Education has unlimited scope but need a systematic approach which may be termed as strategies. Hence, we may consider that formulating strategies need education to be useful and purposeful.
The strategy may not be same in every case. Though education is very important, yet values and importance of experience of uneducated or lesser educated people may not be neglected. We have traditional thoughts that without proper training or education, success is doubtful. We, should also analyse that in many cases even after vigorous training, expected results are not achieved in various fields such as administration, economics and growth etc.
We may meet in life certain persons who are not educated or having minimal education but their experience mattered more and they are very successful in life. They are sometimes very useful in formulating the strategies and achieving the goals. We may get examples in field of agriculture, labour intensive work, caring and tourism etc. where local or migratory people are very friendly and helpful in making strategies and their executions. Even in field of defense they are very  useful. So raw education may be taken as tool of strategies and not as guarantee for success.
We should consider that experience comes with age and is a tool for refined approach in making strategies and taking decisions. We should  appreciate that many innovation are made based on the situation and requirements, by experience of both educated and uneducated persons. Still it is continuing. The same is true in case of making strategies. Recognition and appreciation of such people are necessary for existence and continuity of thoughts and developments. When the nature has capacity to change, we may also adapt to sustain. Change is first requirement for creation and continuity otherwise, extinction will be fate of humankind. So developmental strategies should be based on the history of nature and imagination of origin of life and survival.
Nature has shown the importance of strategies of step by step growth upto a level suitable for incarnation of humankind.
Experience may save them.

Four Musketeers and Life

The beginning of life, from invisible, needs addition from minimum two in counting following nature’s law and universal truth. This addition makes complete sequence of future of generations to come. It is true atleast for the mankind.
As the knowledge increases with age and experience, at suitable stage of life, we are taught the first lesson of life’s journey – addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. These are the four governing musketeers dominating  all kinds of knowledge. We apply them frequently to achieve success in the eyes of judging society. While addition and multiplication are having increasing tendencies, the subtraction and division are having opposite tendencies of decreasing or diminishing. These pairs of calculations control the entire nature’s operations and functions as balancing factors.
Since, the life starts with addition it plays the most important part in making the world suitable on every aspect of the nature. It is the symbol of continuous growth in definite pattern. Whereas the multiplication denotes growth by additions in leaps and bounds. It may be uncontrolled many times inviting disturbances.
Subtraction and division are two factors counter acting the influences of addition and multiplication. These are main factors in balancing all types of ecology. These factors may also be heinous sometimes leading to extinction of species and also paving the path for addition and multiplication of more advanced species in the nature.
Such is the case in life’s ecology also. Addition and multiplication make the society and are symbols of cooperation. These are symbols for growth, rich history, favorable atmosphere and happiness. The subtraction and division, in controlling bonding factors, lead to devastation or further growth of society. If they change the attitudes and inculcate the thoughts of selfishness, and instigate the behavior of bosses unruly, the ultimate outcome may not be easily imagined but it will definitely be heinous for society.
It may be astonishing to note that we have knowledge but for self, though knowing the long term effects. Social mutations may be in control if we take a risk of being able to make conqueror by utilising the same four muscatears. Rest is in the hand of the limitation of nature’s laws. We should follow the laws for the cause of humanity and almighty. We are directly or indirectly controlled by them. We are not independent for our existence. Sustainability is the prime concern for humans, because it is interdependent on various necessary factors.
