Life and Computer

My life has been like a computer, completely in control of others. Different software is controlling it at the fingertips. This software is often upgraded to be ahead of the competition with others. The CPU is inbuilt and invisible. I have no intelligence of mine. I am obedient but I am susceptible to outer polluting agents and need proper handling. Sometimes, I am hacked by mischievous enemies who want to corrupt me for their sake.

Humans have developed like a computer, from simple and huge to present day’s small, handy, complicated but easy to operate anywhere on the table or a lap etc.

Humans have intelligently handled situations but are surrendering to artificial intelligence in the interest of a brighter future. But we should not forget that God is super intelligent and we are computers, fully controlled by him. Our activities are as per his software.  He, sometimes, upgrades software to show his miracles through extraordinary activities. He is a real refresher.

When we grow in this world, we become susceptible to our surroundings and try to adapt and adopt. In due course, because of our unsaturated lusts in worldly affairs, some hackers with their established thoughts in the name of faith in God, mislead. We get addicted and seek aplomb in those polluting agents. We forget the meaning of life. Even God’s artificial agents like wind, water, day, night and changing temperatures fail in showing the real path of peace and happiness.

God has encrypted his massages in every human to be studied in time. Those who understand them early, do something differently. They never become part of the crowd. They are real pathfinders. Every discovery made in the world was in existence but became known to the world because of differently thinking people. 

In this world, God’s encrypted messages of trust, honesty, sacrifice and truth, never change. At any age, they never change. These are the hardware of God’s computer. They may be refined with time without modifying their essence.

It is our duty to fit into the changing world with the gifts of God. The day someone, who controls self wit and nerves, becomes free from others to be with God. No virus may corrupt the file of God. God has full control to crash any computer, at his will. He is supreme. He is the server of all servers.

ASSESSMENT

We are assessed at every stage in life from very childhood in terms of colour, height, health, physique, features, education, profession, behaviours, status, and many other qualities. Assessment is a process for the betterment of the concerned one. But this may not always be acceptable and true when humans are involved. We may find that in many cases of assessments in offices where bosses are all in all and assessments are targeted.

Assessment is a good process but the procedure followed for that differs in various working places of importance. In schools, the performance of students in board exams is the criteria for the assessment of teachers. It is acceptable as the futures of students and country are mainly dependent on good quality education. Professional institutions are assessed by students, parents, guardians and employers etc in terms of quality of education, fame, acceptability and employability etc. But the same is not the truth in the case of official assessment. There are certain criteria fixed for such assessment. This system is doing more harm than good. There may be an assessment at various levels before the conclusion. But it solely depends on the views of bosses. The most acceptable thought that the boss is always right, prevails in every office. That is the main criteria and other norms that are secondary for this job, affecting the careers of employees. The mood of the boss and the loyalty of employees toward the boss and his or her family play important roles in such a system. Even the dog of the boss plays a role. If someone is a relative or has good family relations with the boss, he or she has the upper hand over others. It is also found that an employee who has been judged excellent by one boss becomes average under another boss. If we research this system of assessment being termed as CR (Confidential report) in the official culture we may find many examples of ill assessment. This is also an astonishing secret to know as to how the assessment changes at different levels for the same employee and an excellent grade given by the immediate boss appears to be meaningless. Thus assessment may not be real and unbiased every time.

Sometimes, we may find the influence of affinity to the same discipline in such assessment. It is true in many cases where performance is linked with incentives. This system may allow the undeserving candidates to rise to the highest post, affecting the entire working culture. In this system, we may listen highest degree of praises delivered, even a comparison of the boss with the life-giving Sun from the universe.

This existing system is a deterrent to the efficiency and promotion of real, technically sound, good and honest workers and also affects the growth and achievements of the company. Negativity in the official atmosphere pervades and detaches from work. This, in turn, changes the working culture of devoted, enthusiastic, energetic workers into a depressed, time-passing, boring workforce. We may find that good workers are leaving organizations for better pasture.

In this system, the ultimate sufferers are the country’s progress and the citizens as this system is not flawless. So this system needs continuous evaluation with the progress of technologies and education in society. We should hammer on the right place for remedy and that is in the selection of a right and capable boss. The seniority in the hierarchy may not only be a criterion but also should have good records of achieving the goals of the office. The assessment of the boss may be linked with the performance of subordinates and feedback, as is the case in the education system. We should not forget that selection of candidates is made through very arduous processes and a single boss having vested interests in self may not be allowed to question the selection process by mere whimsical assessment, instead, the boss should be updated on the importance of subordinates in changing world. We should emphasize the hierarchy of ideas and not the fear of the boss for the performance of the individual.

Such types of assessments may be witnessed in many fields of life. We may get both sufferers and gainers. But the best continuous assessment is being done by the almighty and that is the final. He is the supreme who gives incentives, based on our actions. One human may not assess another human with limited thinking capacity, but he, the creator and controller of the universe can. We should wait for his assessment.    

Thieves

Legal definition of thief may be meaningful. Thieves may be categorized in places. Social norms for the categorization of thieves, in practice, may be different everywhere. Some may justify the situation-based actions of thieves. Some may identify thieves on preoccupied speculations and practices. But the legal definition of thief finally prevails.

When I see around us and think about theft,
my views summarise as – I am one of the thieves. It is true everywhere. The action of stealing may be classified as direct or indirect. The direct ones identify the person and penalise. Sometimes direct action may be because of helplessness or need-based. Occasionally inactive operational systems may be involved in such cases as instigation. Even then it is punishable. We may write or deliver at length on this type of theft. Words may be stronger, mightier, influential and encouraging but there should be remedies also. No one is born a thief.

When I say I am also a thief I agree to indirect actions. I have not utilised time and opportunities completely or wholeheartedly. If I analyse from childhood I find that I do not have rosy pictures in my memory. I have seen hoarding attitudes in humans, disproportionate to their honest, just, professional and official incomes. Most of them, though socially recognised for their lavish lifestyles, has never been noticed by the inspecting authorities or monitoring agencies. We may assume that everyone is sailing in the same boat. All such thieves are cousins. Who will bell the cat? Everyone knows the secrets of each other and loves power and not responsibilities.

Such indirect actions of theft are like varieties of worms harming wherever possible. They want to get more than their positions’ entitlements and pursue wrong practices because of greed. They are not honest to the chairs which they adore and spread corruption. These are affecting the growth of the nation, tax evasion and escalating the cost of various projects due to delays in their implementation and timely completion. The public money collected by direct and indirect taxation gets wasted. Ultimately everyone suffers. Due to corruption, the qualities of completed projects and products are not up to the prescribed standards. Most of the roads, dams, buildings and bridges etc. are damaged or collapsed untimely. All types of enquiries carried for fixing the reasons are as an eye wash to divert the rage of public and to protect all responsible fellows. In my view, responsibility is not fixed to the system only but all general public are also responsible. Where ever possible, they also enjoy contributing through their share by not matching with assigned duties. Most of them remain busy commenting on others’ work ignoring their duties.

The country remains busy most of the time in making arrangements for basic needs because of these corruptions. These activities stay upliftment of public and instigate direct stealing in general. Political parties after ascending to the thrones dictate their terms and conditions for development. Most of the time the initiated projects of development and other schemes by rival political parties, occupying the thrones earlier, appear to be futile and detrimental to the society and nation. Such projects are derailed for want of funds or modified to suit the policies of the current government. The ultimate sufferer is the public and public money. It is an unending problem.

We have provisions for legal punishment to direct thieves but we have reservations for other types of active personalities because they are the lawmakers and they have also the right to make decisions. They may twist words of law as magicians.

Ultimately, our requirements are cheated and we are deceived. We move two steps ahead and recede one step behind. Thus we are progressing in leaps and bounds. We should express thankfulness to them who are honestly doing their jobs within their limited resources. They are heroes of our time.

We are the intelligent fools that we know many things but we know nothing. We should know that not a single empire having rich history is surviving because of its reasons. It means nothing is permanent. We know neither a king nor a rich person has carried a penny with him on death even then we are mad for money. We know that we may not give assurance to generations to come for wealth or a good living even then we respect money as everything, forgetting relationships, duties and responsibilities. Money can buy many things but not honesty, God and peace. We should not be direct or indirect thieves. We should do good for the development and upliftment of society and nations. Everyone will be happy and comfortable.

All future generations will be grateful to their ancestors for their foresightedness and rituals for the meaning of life. We should encourage noble and imitative practices for the amelioration of social justice. We should be satisfied with minimum requirements to share fare deals with other creatures of nature.  

S E L F – Respect

It is said that mother, motherland and mother tongue should always be respected without sarcastic remarks. Mother’s place is greater than heaven. Likewise, motherland and mother tongue have a place in everyone’s heart. Even distance is not the barrier and the heart always throbs for them. While the mother is an individual’s concern, motherland and mother tongue are binding factors among all. In present days of need-based migration, these are the identities of a person. Everyone should respect these three gems of life for self and others because without self-respect no one may discover self. The moment we forget them our slavery starts. Others start ruling over and controlling as per their needs. All freedom movements, the world over, are for restoring self-respect. Our nationality may change but not our identity.

Self-respect is armour and should be in every place, whether at home or working places. If any relative at home or boss at working places disrespects beyond limit then a reaction is expected from everyone. No compromise is appreciable because self-respect is extremely self.

In this materialistic world, bosses are always ready to fire their employees who have devoted their lives to them. Students are disrespecting their teachers for small causes. Juniors are ready to assess the utilities of seniors who have trained them. All these happenings are the indicators of deterioration, biases and self-interest in the working atmosphere. It is better to fight for self-respect at such places or may leave these places in self-respect and see another pasture after giving a befitting reply.

In this world, we are boasting of a developed civilization but women are the most suffering class concerning self-respect. They are taken for granted as easy prey because in the name of modesty they are advised to keep silent for themselves and family. They are lesser paid at working places as compared to males for the same work. They are considered as weak and meant for certain works only, specifically for household workers in these so-called developed societies. But it is a matter of solace that education and self-reliance have motivated them and they are taking a stand against malpractices. Their “Me too” movements are exposing the reality of many famous personalities in the societies. This is a new beacon of hope. They have to go miles before self-respect is ensured everywhere. They deserve respect as a mother, sisters, wives and daughters, in all other assigned roles.

We have many complexes in mind for nothing. We deliver sermons with good words advocating equality for all before almighty but it is not true in practice. Our behaviours distinguish. We have grudges for the complexion of black and white, for the superiority of races, etc. We follow a double standard for our selfishness to dominate. Even children are not spared and they are facing abuse at home and in schools etc. We treat them as the hope of God but reality matters the most. It is not praised worthy.

One day situation may change with consciousness and spirit of self-respect. If we go through the two epics of the Sanatan religion – the Ramayan and the Mahabharat we may find that in every Era self-respect mattered. Wars were fought and kingdoms were devastated. Moreover, it is found that in “kali yuga” ( as per the  Sanatan religion it is the fourth stage of the world. It is the age of misery, quarrel, moral decay and hypocrisy ) for saving self-respect, ladies practised Jauhar- a practice of mass self-immolation for honouring modesty and chastity from invaders.

Disrespect of one’s self-respect is an unpardonable crime and needs stern dealing. Before that, one who does not fight for self-respect is like a stone. We should not forget that VIPs are made by us but everyone takes birth with self-respect given by the almighty. We should bend our heads before God and not before so-called perishable VIPs. No one may be a destiny decider. We are not here to satiate the ego of someone.

Self-respect is an individual’s concern but the attitudes of society need complete modification. We should understand the meaning of hidden thoughts in rituals where persons of every profession are involved and deserve respect. Even grass and thorns are used respectfully in puja ( worship) in the Sanatan religion. This is the message of our rituals that nature has also self-respect and nothing is useless. We should not forget that nature may snatch self-respect through many means.   

Engagement

We have divided day and night into twenty-four hours. We have most of these times for ourselves. Even then, we think of some engagement for the rest of the time we feel free. The rest of the time is a main controlling enzyme of the quality of life we lead. This controls the “me” time of an individual for the whole life.

Everyone has complete time for themselves in childhood. That time decreases as the age grows but twenty-four hours of day and night remain static. Everyone has to adjust the life every day within this stipulated duration. The making or devastation of life depends on self-controlled activities. So the activities should be well planned considering all  prospects. If they are governed by moral values, the future of individuals and society, in turn, will be progressive, free of all sorts of shortcomings. Otherwise, the reverse is also possible in life, due to immoral practices.

The moment selfishness overshadows all positive norms, the trouble starts, greediness occupies front seats and life becomes hell. These types of thoughts ruin the present and future of family and society.

The past of life is mainly influenced by the behaviours and attitudes of parents, friends and relatives. The best of those should be taken for building the life in the present. This legacy is passed on like that from generation to generation. The dominance of positivity in actions, emotions and attitudes etc. makes life heaven and peace prevails in the surrounding. The godly environment inculcates thoughts – live and let live- everywhere. There may always be additions in life. This type of engagement we may get from religious thoughts.

Engagements should be both professional and personal. Personal engagements, controlled by mental ability and maturity, give direction to all types of engagements. Professional engagements give means to survive and do good for society. Purposeful life depends on both in the changing world.

Sitting idle without ideals is harmful. Engagement is a must. Otherwise, life will be like stagnant water. Stagnant water becomes rotten. Thinking, for the betterment of humanity, should be a continuous process with respect to developments. Short goals pave the path for large goals. These are steps on a stair to reach on top to see the world and give return gifts to the society which has given opportunities and meaning to one’s life.
What the world, we find at present, is built by deep thoughts of ancestors in a progressive manner. We should have similar types of thoughts for engagements.

The negative thoughts may ruin self-life. Selfless is always better than selfishness. The present is the gate to the future. The present demands utmost utilization. What we sow so we reap. The fruit of action may not be personal.

Engagement is extremely private and a privilege of every individual. But its effects may be long-lasting. We may take a few qualities from nature’s creatures for timely engagements. Engagement is the necessary content of life. We should be engaged both mentally and professionally. Engagements as per interests fetch pleasures and satisfactions. The best engagement is forgetting self for others’ welfare. Even God loves it as the first step towards salvation.

FEAR

Fear has a natural and universal existence. Everyone may fear as if it is a permanent  pandemic. The  virus of this quality exists in every creature of nature. Perhaps no-one is spared from it.

There may be many types of fear as per the situation and condition. How can one guess, the time of start of any fear and its lasting? There may be descriptions in the concerned subject at length. But for me it starts since birth, related with existence and survival.

We are always in growing stage and fear changes according to expectations of self and society. We always face the challenges of proving self upto the mark.

The great fear may be from childish attitudes to study to delivering results to tolerance to family to social life etc. If you succumb at any time, the ready made judgement of failure or looser  will be your trade mark. No one will wait for your explanation until you again prove yourself.
One thing is common for all types of fear that every fear, ultimately, is directed towards one or self.

We always have fear of losing- self, friends, members of family, parents, relatives, health, wealth, near and dear ones and other important things. We may regain health and wealth but loss of persons is not like migratory birds those will come back repeatedly in particular season. It is natural and beyond our control. Such fear may lead to depression and ruin life. Others have consolation and nothing else to share to be useful in formulating strategies to get rid off load.

Fear is not a crime. It may give strength and opportunity to analyze  and overcome whatsoever may be, if it does not occupy the gigantic size, to be diagnosed as disease. We know nothing is  permanent. We also know there is no limit for maximum. So limit of satisfactions has to be fixed by individual as yardstick. We may overcome worldly fear like that.

If everything is going smoothly and is favorable then fear of maintenance and continuity complicate the things. Hence, it is very difficult to get rid off sense of fear. It will always remain together, in any form, as shadow. We should accept and try to learn its message to be ready for all odds.
We may always have sense of insecurity. So fear will continue till the last breath. Mental strength will make us feel better and more comfortable because fear is part and parcel of life.

If  fear is not there, we fear from unseen power. Most of the religious leaders describe it as God’s fear – the most powerful. It has self understood categorisation and trust, to be involved. It is becoming a contagious disease to control.

Best way to say bye bye to fear, may be, to be, what you are, without comparing with others to invite more unwanted trouble and long lasting sense of insecurity. Limit of satisfaction is the best medicine in many cases, to be less fear oriented, because fear does not give safe passage. One day fear becomes source  to   dare.

BRAIN AND MORAL VALUES

The super brain developed in human is the main concern for alround happenings in the surroundings. It has full potential to change  the scene, attitude and universe.
It is the concept that full potentials of its complicated efficiency has not been  utilized. Otherwise, the history of the world would have been different. The brain starts functioning from very first day in life and controls all activities.

Perhaps,  in the history of homosapiens brain has played vital roles beyond imagination. It has still more in store, to unveil the secrets of universe.  If we leave apart these aspects, it is of utmost importance that brain has affected and developed behaviors in humans, the most. On that basis, we differentiate the good or bad, moral or immoral and legal or illegal etc. actions or activities of any one.  These terms are respective to each other and may have different importance, in a fraction of the society, defending the need.
The same moral values for a thief, a pickpocket or starving person on one hand and a fully satisfied, rich person on the other hand have different meaning, at the same time. The difference is need based. But, it never implies that  moral values harmful to the society should be justified due to some deficiency which may be removed or rectified.

The same brain, in this regard, should provide opportunities for availability of bare minimum requirements of bread, clothing and house to maintain the morals of all, as positive.

It should not be forgotten that belly and brain have relations. When belly is full, brain works satisfactorily. This may help in developing positive, congenial and acceptable attitudes in the society.
The practice of moral values in the society is must to make it freely liveable.

It may not be ruled out, despite fulfilment of all needs, certain sections of society have hidden agenda to destablise the balance in their interests. They have always been there and will always be, as harming agents. Their definition of moral values are different and may change as per need. They deserve suitable reactions, for the sake of society and nation. There are different moral values at every stage, for every walk of life from beginning to the end of life.

All moral values are the milestones in the development of social structures and are established from the time immemorial in the history of mankind. There might have been several refinements, amendments and/ or modifications in moral values, as per changing needs and demand of time in due course of developments. We have reached at this stage after due diligence of our ancestors. We may go at length on these essential established values for academic records. But their essence in establishing peace, harmony and brother hood in the society should always be continued for betterment in future.

It should be remembered that you, he and I have limitations regarding thinking and self interests. So every step in life has impact on the structure of society through moral values. As a multi storey building stands on many columns, likewise moral values are pillars in the structure of the society. Our social structures may collapse without them, as multi storey building  collapses on damaging the basic columns of support. A minor mistake may have devastating effects. All moral values have emanated from brain, from time to time and all such values control brain for behaviors in the society . These are essentials to be continued.

I want to hate for love,
I want to  check, to  be speedy,
I want to loose, to be suitable,
I want to be rare, to be common,
I hide myself, to cast shadow,
I want to be myself, to be yours,
I want to fill, to be meaningful,
I want to be a gap, to be a way of flow,
I want to shrink, to cover the whole world,
I want to be criticised, to be heard,
I want to be quiet, to be useful stone,
I want to be hated, to be a star of magnet,
I want to be independent, to be restricted,
I want to be famous, to be handled,
I want to be rejected, to be acceptable,
I want to be an entry, to be used,
I want to be part, to be with me,
I want to be silent, to be known,
I want to be real, to be tried,
I want to confine, to be overviewed,
I want to be being, to be into the aggression,
I want to be dark, to be enlightened,
I want to be serious, to be individual,
I want to be gathered, to be distributed.

I want to be, to you my God, without any lust. I want to be secured in this competitive world, my lord. I want Your hand of love as my destiny. I want to be fixed in you, by you for your abode.

God, you sent me with everything, without anything. I wanted to take everything from your world, despite nothing to carry at last. I craved for everything but missed you. I knew much to remind, than to serve others. You loved me but I forgot you. I muse to be good but it is too late. I may be useful in instalments. Who is responsible? I have used you. You are God of all, for all. I want to be poor, to be rich by you.

Famous

Whether to be famous or not to be famous, I was confused to choose. One day, I finally decided to be famous. Now the proper method was to be adopted. I searched all possible ways in this regard but couldn’t take decision. So I decided to meet  a few  people for guidance. 

I first met my friend and told him that I wanted to be famous. He expressed his ignorance and counter questioned me as to why did I want to  be  famous. I said that I did not know but I wanted to be famous. He accompanied me to assist me  in search of reasons and ways in this regard.

We together met a thief and a gangster and asked ways of becoming famous. They replied because  of spreading fear in public, we became famous by beating, killing and robbing them. Our names had been working now.

We did not accept such views because it was harmful to the society and we left for further meetings with  people. We met one by one with teachers, businessmen, musicians, doctors and players etc. in search of reply. We were not satisfied but we found that everyone became famous by their positive devotion to profession and because of knowledge. The teacher taught students well, the doctor treated patients well, the businessman earned well and helped needy, like that. We saluted all of them but we were not satisfied because we thought this would not make famous for ever. Politicians, master of arts, sciences and psychology could not reply, acceptable to us. Even dignitaries could not reply to satiate us. Success had made most of them, arrogant, less humble and proud of their achievements.

We roamed wherever possible in search of guidance but in vain. Ultimately, we met a religious priest and asked the same question. His emphasis was on karma ( action ) without aspirations of fruits and dedication to almighty.  It could take my time forever. As I was busy in my life, I left this thought.

We returned to our world of actions. We found reply in our mothers who were waiting for us on doors worrying about our absence without information.

All mothers, world over, are always famous because they sacrifice their lives for preparing the future generation and the destiny of nations. They never want anything in return. They take risks for their lives for our births and get satisfaction in our smiles. Mothers! you are always famous of all. I am indebted to you and seek your hands to cross the ocean of world, full of problems. No more words for you, as you are above all in universe. Even God has played in your lap.

Your name is only mother, mother and mother, in all periods. No thanks or words of gratitude are suitable for your stature. Every Mother is a living statue of life.

New year’s resolution

We always think of pleasures. We always think about enjoyments. We may think for  collective approach or individually for the same. We adopt several means for extracting enjoyments and pleasures. These mood changing means affect nerve and ultimately affect the brain.

Enjoyment is a part of life’s activities. We want it to occupy the maximum part of life. We have devised many materials and resources for the same. All of them affect activities and life.

We may consider enjoyments as natural right. We have many occasions of enjoyments which may be situational and conditional. We get enjoyments from birth of a child to marriage to many activities in life in natural ways. Except these we take enjoyments artificially from consuming man made materials. These have enjoyments from short durations to long term.

We may notice in day to day life that consumptions of enjoyments emitting materials are increasing and have been fashion. Now a days, the more someone enjoys with such items is considered the more advanced and modern . We may get frequent news of such persons increasing in number.

These materials  give enjoyment for sometime and they are harmful to health and destroy money leading to bankruptcy. We may get many families starving because of such habits. These pleasure giving, heaven showing materials are initially welcomed but later become habit as addiction and consume everything of the individual. Such habits may produce criminals in long run.

We become so much habitual to them that we ignore the warnings written or known about the health hazard on their consumptions.

We should know that enjoyment is related to  mental status of individual and may not be permanently achieved from artificial resources. Our God has made us with treasure of enjoyments giving thoughts. They range from purpose specific physical to personal relations with nature, music and society etc. These may not be harmful to anyone if it is not blindly practised.

These God gifted sources of enjoyments are mainly creative and ultimately give peace to the mind, improve health and habits. They do not affect actively or passively to self or others. One may get enjoyment alone in a room or collectively in crowd.

We may get enjoyments beyond our made world, with nature’s beauty and spirituality. We may get permanent enjoyment without wandering here and there. These sources of  enjoyments make the life simple,  stable and lead to spirituality which imparts permanent pleasure beyond worldly affairs. All questions are answered in life. Even smile becomes pious and silence gets transmitted in spiritual enjoyments.  We get enjoyments in giving only.

We should use our wisdom to get enjoyments from useful sources leading to peace of mind, society and nation. We should migrate towards simplicity avoiding troublesome path affecting health and family.

The new year is starting,  with the smile of the  Sun, defeating the darkness and lighting the earth, giving meaning to every creature for continuity and sustainability. Everything happens peacefully.

Our resolution for new year should be like the Sun – remove darkness and bring happiness socially and spiritually to spread love and peace. One should help self and others in needs, avoiding artificial sources of enjoyments.
